Authorizes the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue an alcoholic beverage license to the Children's Museum of Tampa, Inc., located at 110 W. Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa.

License permits sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption only within the museum's building and adjoining grounds, and only for special events.

Prohibits sale of alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for off-premises consumption, though purchasers may remove partially consumed open containers.

Allows the museum to transfer the license to qualified food service providers under contract with the museum, with automatic reversion to the museum upon termination of the contract.

Museum must pay the applicable license fee under Florida Statutes section 565.02.
