Creates the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act to allow licensed health practitioners from other states to practice in Florida during declared emergencies without Florida licensure, provided they are registered with an approved registration system.

Requires volunteer health practitioners to adhere to Florida's scope of practice laws and authorizes the Division of Emergency Management (in cooperation with the Department of Health, Agency for Health Care Administration, and Board of Veterinary Medicine) to limit, restrict, or regulate their services during emergencies.

Establishes that volunteer health practitioners are not liable for damages resulting from their emergency services except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, criminal conduct, intentional torts, breach of contract, or vehicle operation.

Provides workers' compensation coverage under Florida law for volunteer health practitioners from other states who are injured or die while providing emergency services, if they are not otherwise eligible for such benefits.

Effective July 1, 2010.
