Requires electric utilities to annually report to the Public Service Commission the name, title, and salary of each executive officer earning $50,000 or more

Defines "executive officer" as president, secretary, treasurer, vice presidents in charge of principal business units (sales, administration, finance), and others performing similar policymaking functions

Mandates reporting of predecessor information when executive positions change during the year, including the former officer's name, total remuneration, and date of the position change

Effective date of July 1, 2010
