Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services must meet with representatives of Florida pest control industry organizations and prepare a joint report by January 1, 2011

Report shall be submitted to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and chairpersons of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and House Committee on Agribusiness

Report must include recommended amendments to chapter 482, Florida Statutes, establishing disciplinary actions against licensees who violate laws regarding soil pretreatment for new homes, pest control at sensitive facilities (schools and nursing homes), and fumigation of existing homes for termite protection

Report may also address other industry concerns including professional liability insurance requirements, bonding amounts, certified operator duties, centralized pest control service center licensing, and limited wildlife management certification
