Increases Criminal Punishment Code scoresheet eligibility threshold from 52 to 60 points for defendants to qualify for postadjudicatory treatment-based drug court programs across multiple statutes (ss. 921.0026, 948.01, 948.06, and 948.20).

Removes the restriction limiting violation of probation or community control hearings to only those based on failed or suspect substance abuse tests, allowing drug court judges to hear all types of violations for postadjudicatory drug court participants.

Expands eligibility for postadjudicatory drug court programs in s. 948.06 to defendants with violations other than failed drug tests, while maintaining the 60-point scoresheet threshold.

Clarifies that treatment-based drug court programs may include postadjudicatory programs under ss. 948.01, 948.06, and 948.20 in addition to existing pretrial and other authorized programs.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
