Allows district school boards to authorize commercial advertisements on the exterior of school buses through board policies.

Requires advertisers to reimburse school districts for all costs including retrofitting, storage, installation, and maintenance of advertisements.

Prohibits advertisements for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, discriminatory content, sexual material, false or misleading claims, and content that is not child and community sensitive.

Limits school buses to a maximum of two advertisements and requires signage meet safety standards that do not interfere with doors, windows, emergency exits, identification, or safety equipment.

Allocates advertising revenue with 50 percent to school district transportation and 50 percent to other programs determined by the school district; provides Commissioner of Education indemnification for school districts from liability related to advertisements.
