Adds new subsection (5) to Florida Statutes section 828.12 defining and prohibiting sexual conduct and sexual contact with animals

Defines "sexual conduct" as touching or fondling of an animal's sex organs or anus, or transfer of semen, for purposes of sexual gratification or arousal

Defines "sexual contact" as contact between a person's mouth, sex organs, or anus and an animal's sex organs or anus, or any penetration thereof, for sexual gratification or arousal

Prohibits knowingly engaging in sexual conduct or contact with animals; causing or aiding others to do so; permitting such acts on premises under one's control; and organizing, promoting, or participating in such acts for commercial or recreational purposes

Establishes violation as a first-degree misdemeanor; excludes accepted animal husbandry practices, conformation judging, and veterinary medical practices from the prohibition; effective October 1, 2011
