Authorizes the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue an alcoholic beverage license to the City of Tampa for Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park (600 North Ashley Drive) and Kiley Garden Park (500 North Ashley Drive)

Permits sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only within the park buildings and adjoining grounds, prohibiting sales in sealed containers for off-premises consumption

Allows the City of Tampa to transfer the license to qualified applicants authorized or under contract to provide food services at the parks, with automatic reversion to the city upon termination of the transfer agreement

City must pay applicable license fees as provided in section 565.02, Florida Statutes

Takes effect upon becoming law
