Revises the definition of "sexual activity" in Florida Statutes s. 800.04 to clarify that it includes anal or vaginal penetration by any object, removing language specifying "of another" and "other object"

Establishes lewd or lascivious battery as a second-degree felony for persons who engage in sexual activity with individuals 12-16 years old or encourage minors under 16 to engage in sadomasochistic abuse, sexual bestiality, prostitution, or other sexual activity

Defines lewd or lascivious exhibition as intentional masturbation, exposure of genitals in a lewd manner, or other sexual acts not involving physical contact with a victim under 16 years old, including sadomasochistic abuse or simulation of sexual activity

Takes effect July 1, 2011
