Amends Florida Statutes sections 561.15 and 561.17 to exempt performing arts centers from Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco approval requirements for volunteer officers and directors.

Performing arts centers with direct or indirect interests in alcoholic beverage licenses are not required to obtain division approval when volunteer officers or directors change positions or interests.

Maintains existing exemptions for publicly traded companies, insurers, banks, and savings and loan associations from approval requirements for their officers, directors, and stockholders.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
