Amends section 322.08, Florida Statutes, to require driver's license and identification card application forms include an option for voluntary contributions to Disabled American Veterans, Department of Florida at $1 per applicant.

Contributions to Disabled American Veterans, Department of Florida shall be distributed quarterly to the organization and are designated as a nonprofit organization contribution.

Updates the list of eligible charitable organizations receiving voluntary contributions on license application forms to include Disabled American Veterans, Department of Florida as option (o).

Specifies that voluntary contributions under the amended provision are not considered income of a revenue nature for purposes of applying service charges under section 215.20.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
