Redefines "line-make vehicles" to include motor vehicles sold or leased under multiple brand names or marks as a single line-make when they are included in a single franchise agreement and all authorized dealers have been offered the right to sell or lease all brand names covered.

Specifies that multiple brand names or marks within a single franchise agreement are treated as individual franchises for purposes of section 320.64(36).

Clarifies that sections 320.60-320.70 apply to all presently existing or newly established motor vehicle distribution systems in Florida, except where application would violate state or federal constitutional protections of valid contracts.

Establishes that agreements renewed, amended, or entered into after October 1, 1988 are governed by sections 320.60-320.70 and any future amendments unless specifically exempted, with the same constitutional limitations.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
