Requires dentists and dental hygienists to complete a dental workforce survey during license renewal beginning in 2012, providing information about education, practice location, employment, patient volume, and services provided.

Makes survey completion mandatory for subsequent license renewals after 2012; failure to complete within 90 days results in a nondisciplinary citation and prevents future license renewal until survey is submitted.

Establishes Department of Health as coordinator for collecting, maintaining, and disseminating dental workforce data; creates advisory body including State Surgeon General, dental school deans, and professional association representatives to guide survey development.

Authorizes professional corporations and limited liability companies of dentists to pay for prescription drugs obtained by licensed dentists under chapter 466, with the practitioner deemed the purchaser and owner.

Adds one member to Florida Healthy Kids Corporation Board of Directors, nominated by Florida Dental Association and appointed by Governor, increasing board membership from 11 to 12 members.
