Creates section 790.062 of Florida Statutes to allow the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to issue concealed weapon or firearm licenses to otherwise qualified members and veterans of the United States Armed Forces regardless of age or U.S. residency requirements.

Applies to active servicemembers as defined in section 250.01 and veterans discharged under honorable conditions.

Allows fingerprints for license applicants to be administered by any law enforcement agency, military provost, military law enforcement unit, or other methods provided in section 790.06(5)(c).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
