Establishes the "Stillbirth and SUID Education and Awareness Act" to address sudden unexpected infant death (SUID), sudden unexplained death in childhood (SUDC), and stillbirth in Florida.

Requires the State Surgeon General to implement a culturally appropriate public health awareness and education campaign focused on reducing risk factors, including safe sleep environments, sleep positions, and reducing tobacco smoke exposure.

Directs the State Surgeon General to conduct a needs assessment of personnel, training, and resources available for investigating infant and childhood deaths, and to develop guidelines for postmortem evaluations and autopsy reimbursement.

Mandates establishment of a 12-member task force by September 1, 2011, comprised of pediatric health care providers, scientists, maternal and child health program employees, and parents to develop a research plan for determining causes and prevention methods.

Requires the State Surgeon General to submit a progress report to the Governor and legislature by October 1, 2013, detailing implementation efforts.
