Requires pharmacists to maintain $200,000 professional liability insurance and complete at least 20 hours of continuing education approved by the Board of Pharmacy in consultation with medical boards.

Requires written protocols between pharmacists and supervising physicians that include specific procedures for addressing adverse reactions and define patient categories eligible for vaccine or epinephrine administration.
