Adds new definition of "intentionally view" to Florida Statutes section 827.071, meaning to deliberately, purposefully, and voluntarily view child sexual abuse material.

Expands prohibition on possession of child sexual abuse material to include controlling or intentionally viewing photographs, motion pictures, images, computer depictions, and other presentations depicting sexual conduct by a child under 18 years old.

Makes each separate instance of possession, control, or intentional viewing a distinct felony offense of the third degree, punishable under Florida sentencing guidelines.

Provides exemption for material possessed, controlled, or intentionally viewed as part of a law enforcement investigation.

Updates the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart to reflect the new "control or intentionally view" language for section 827.071(5) violations, maintaining third-degree felony classification.
