Amends Florida Statutes section 61.13002 to prohibit military service activation, deployment, or temporary assignment and resulting disruption to the child from being the sole factor in granting or modifying permanent time-sharing and parental responsibility orders

Maintains existing restriction that courts cannot change time-sharing arrangements due to military service except through temporary orders supported by clear and convincing evidence that the change is in the child's best interests

Requires courts to consider and provide electronic communication (webcam, telephone, or other means) between the military servicemember and child when entering temporary orders

Mandates courts permit liberal time-sharing during military leave periods to maintain the parent-child bond during the servicemember's military service

Takes effect July 1, 2011
