Requires the Division of Forestry to designate one or more areas within state forests as "Wounded Warrior Special Hunt Areas" to provide outdoor recreational opportunities for eligible wounded veterans and servicemembers.

Limits access to designated areas to active duty servicemembers with combat-related injuries or veterans with service-connected disabilities (as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) or those discharged due to service-related disabilities.

Permits non-eligible persons to accompany eligible veterans or servicemembers if needed to assist them in using the designated areas.

Requires funding for specialized accommodations to be provided through the Friends of Florida State Forests Program under section 589.012.

Authorizes the Division of Forestry to adopt rules to administer the program, effective July 1, 2011.
