Amends section 527.06 to prohibit the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and other state agencies from requiring compliance with liquefied petroleum gas tank separation distance standards unless they comply with the 2011 edition of NFPA 58.

Requires minimum separation distances between liquefied petroleum gas tanks and buildings, adjoining property lines, other tanks, or ignition sources to conform to the 2011 edition of NFPA 58.

Repeals the separation distance requirement once the Department of Agriculture, Florida Building Commission, or Office of the State Fire Marshal adopts rules incorporating the 2011 NFPA 58 standards into the Florida Building Code or Florida Fire Prevention Code.

Amends section 527.21 to update the definition of "propane" in the Florida Propane Gas Education, Safety, and Research Act to reference NFPA 58 as the "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code" rather than the previous standard title.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
