Defines school supplies as pens, pencils, notebooks, binders, markers, scissors, glue, calculators, and similar items

Exemption does not apply to sales in theme parks, entertainment complexes, public lodging establishments, or airports

Appropriates $218,905 in nonrecurring funds to the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2010-2011 to administer the tax exemption period
