Exempts persons issued a permit, license, or authorization to take game or fur-bearing animals on private land from hunter safety course requirements under Florida Statute 379.3581.

Amends section 379.3581 to reference the new exemption in section 379.353(3) for individuals born on or after June 1, 1975.

Directs the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to adopt rules for issuing permits, licenses, or authorizations to take game or fur-bearing animals on private land.

Requires applicants for private land hunting authorization to affirm they understand the restriction of the permit, are of legal age, and are knowledgeable in hunter safety.

Effective July 1, 2011.
