Creates section 496.4145, Florida Statutes, establishing requirements for unattended donation bins operated by charitable organizations.

Requires each donation bin to display signage with the charitable organization's name, logo or trademark, local physical address, telephone number, and email address.

Mandates that charitable organizations receive at least 50 percent of donated property or, if property is sold by a for-profit entity, at least 50 percent of the sale proceeds.

Defines "unattended donation bin" as a receptacle not located adjacent to or on property where the organization operates an attended facility during business hours.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
