Annexes nine parcels of unincorporated land in Broward County into the City of Parkland, effective September 15, 2011, including properties named Palm Beach Farms, Bruschi, Hendrix, Salta, Misty Meadows, Dolly Land, North Springs Improvement District, City of Parkland, and Bishop's Pit.

Transfers all public roads and rights-of-way within the annexed area from Broward County jurisdiction to the City of Parkland, including ownership, operation, maintenance, and construction responsibilities.

Preserves all existing land use and zoning designations from Broward County until the City of Parkland adopts its own consistent designations, and allows the city to adopt zoning without amending its land use plan.

Maintains all development orders, permits, and licenses in effect on the annexation date and does not affect existing contracts between Broward County and third parties.

Grants residents in the newly annexed area immediate eligibility to meet residency requirements for candidacy for City of Parkland municipal office.
