Amends chapter 2005-341, Laws of Florida, to extend and enlarge the boundaries of the North Springs Improvement District in Broward County.

Modifies the district boundary description to include additional sections: adds Sections 26 and 27 in Township 47 South, Range 41 East, and incorporates portions of Section 19 in Township 41 South, Range 41 East.

Updates the boundary metes and bounds legal description with new survey coordinates, bearings, and distances, including reference to State Road 827's right-of-way.

Increases the district's total acreage from 8,420.477 acres to 8,683.696 acres, an addition of approximately 263 acres.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
