Establishes uniform filing dates for municipal candidates in Broward County: January 1-7 for March elections and the same timeframe as county office candidates under Florida Statutes § 99.061(2) for November elections.

Sets municipal primary elections for the second Tuesday in February and general elections for the second Tuesday in March or the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in even-numbered years, with no primaries required for November elections.

Allows municipalities to extend or reduce terms of office by up to 8 months to implement election month changes and requires at least 18 months notice before any change in election date becomes effective.

Requires the county canvassing board to canvass all municipal elections and certify results to city clerks within 5 days after the election.

Directs the Broward Supervisor of Elections to provide each municipality with a fee schedule for election services by the first work day in April for the following calendar year.
