Encourages retail sales establishments to maintain functioning automated external defibrillators on premises at all times.

Requires employees and volunteers at establishments providing defibrillators to receive proper training in accordance with Florida Statute 401.2915.

Mandates registration of each defibrillator's location with the local emergency medical services medical director.

Provides immunity from liability for defibrillator use by employees and volunteers under Florida's Good Samaritan Act (s. 768.13) and Cardiac Arrest Survival Act (s. 768.1325).

Authorizes the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to adopt rules implementing the requirements, effective July 1, 2011.
