Reduces the service charge on the Clerks of the Court Trust Fund from 8 percent to 4 percent of revenue-type income deposited in the fund.

Maintains an 8 percent service charge on all other trust funds except those specifically enumerated in section 215.22.

Applies a 4 percent service charge to trust funds of the Department of Citrus and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, including the General Inspection Trust Fund and Florida Citrus Advertising Trust Fund.

Removes obsolete exemptions for Conservation and Recreation Lands Program Trust Fund, Citrus Inspection Trust Fund, Florida Forever Program Trust Fund, and other specified agricultural trust funds.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
