Allows employees who are members of a labor organization to decertify the labor organization or its certified bargaining agent at any time, referencing procedures under s. 447.307.

Requires labor organizations to provide annual written notice to members explaining decertification rights under state and federal law, including requirements for filing a petition and a sample petition form.

Grants members of a labor organization the right to inspect books, records, and accounts at any reasonable time, and requires organizations to provide annual written accounts of receipts, expenditures, and how member dues were spent on political contributions and administrative salaries.

Requires labor organizations to annually provide written notice to members detailing expenditures and receipts for the previous 12 months.

Grants the Attorney General authority to enforce protections in ss. 447.03 and 447.07 on behalf of aggrieved members and to pursue civil actions, administrative actions, damages, injunctive relief, and civil penalties against labor organizations for violations.
