Authorizes the Pasco County School Board to pay $675,000 to Marcus Button to compensate for injuries sustained in a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by school bus driver negligence.

The payment represents the remaining balance of a jury award of $875,000; the school board has already paid the statutory limit of $200,000 under Florida law.

The jury found the Pasco County School Board 65 percent responsible for the crash involving a school bus that pulled in front of a vehicle carrying Button, who sustained severe facial fractures, brain damage, and vision loss.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to no more than 25 percent of the $675,000 award.

This payment and the prior $200,000 payment constitute the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from this accident.
