Exempts a columbarium of 5 acres or less in Volusia County located on a motorsports entertainment complex property from state cemetery regulations under chapter 497, Florida Statutes.

Requires the owner of the motorsports entertainment complex, or any subsequent owner, to construct and perpetually maintain the columbarium consistent with subsection (2) of section 497.260 and the intent of the cemetery chapter.

Conditions the exemption on three requirements: Daytona Beach City Commission designating the columbarium acreage as a municipal cemetery by resolution, Daytona Beach Racing and Recreational Facilities Commission consenting to the columbarium establishment by resolution, and the complex owner establishing a care and maintenance fund under section 497.268.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
