Persons convicted of, pleading guilty to, or having adjudication withheld for knowingly operating, owning, or managing an unregistered pain-management clinic are subject to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act under sections 932.701-932.706.

Amends the definition of "contraband article" in section 932.701 to include real and personal property acquired by proceeds from operating an unregistered pain-management clinic in violation of sections 458.327(1) or 459.013(1).

Requires proceeds from forfeiture actions involving unregistered pain-management clinics to be deposited into the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund within the Department of Revenue, rather than other designated trust funds.

Changes terminology from "nonregistered" to "unregistered" when referring to pain-management clinics required to register with the Department of Health.

Effective date is October 1, 2011.
