Driver license examinations for Class E and commercial licenses must include one mandatory question on traffic regulations assisting blind persons that applicants must answer correctly to pass, with emphasis on pedestrian right-of-way during right turns at intersections.

Traffic law and substance abuse education courses for driver license applicants must include study of traffic laws to assist blind persons.

Law enforcement officer basic skills certification courses must include instruction on traffic laws to assist blind persons.

High school driver education courses must include study of traffic laws to assist blind persons.
