Establishes graduation standards for career diploma including FCAT passing scores, 2.0 GPA minimum, and end-of-course assessment requirements for Algebra I, Geometry, and Biology I

Provides remediation requirements for students scoring at Levels 1-2 on FCAT Reading and Mathematics, and allows district forgiveness policies for grades below "C" in required and elective courses

Allows students with disabilities to have FCAT and end-of-course assessment requirements waived if IEP committee determines assessments cannot accurately measure abilities after multiple attempts, and authorizes State Board to adopt implementing rules
