• Replaces "instant message name" with "Internet identifier" throughout sexual predator and offender registration statutes; voluntary disclosure of date of birth, social security number, or PIN waives exemption for such information.

• Requires sexual predators and offenders to disclose passport and immigration status information during registration and reporting; requires report to sheriff's office within 48 hours if unable to obtain driver's license or identification card.

• Extends reporting requirement to 21 days before departure for international travel lasting 7 days or more; requires notification to law enforcement agencies in destination country.

• Establishes "Florida Safe Harbor Act" creating short-term and long-term safe houses for sexually exploited children; presumes safe house placement is necessary for children found to be sexually exploited; requires Department of Children and Family Services circuits to address needs of sexually exploited children.

• Increases civil penalty for soliciting prostitution from $500 to $5,000, with $4,500 of proceeds directed to safe houses; creates presumption against filing delinquency petitions for prostitution-related offenses by sexually exploited children; allows victim compensation for sexually exploited children.
