Requires remittance of prosecution costs to the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund with pro rata allocation among authorized funds when collections are insufficient

Authorizes clerk of court to withhold unpaid prosecution costs from cash bond returns and requires prominent notice on bond forms that funds are subject to withholding

Extends liability for prosecution costs to defendants whose cases are disposed of under specified probation and community control provisions, prohibits conversion of these costs to community service, and mandates courts impose costs regardless of defendant's ability to pay

Requires clerk of court to assign first collected fees or costs as payment toward prosecution costs and clarifies collection procedures apply regardless of case disposition method

Applies prosecution cost assessment to juveniles adjudicated delinquent or with adjudication withheld, effective July 1, 2011
