Prohibits possession of firearms, electric weapons, destructive devices, and other weapons on any property owned or operated by a school district or at school-sponsored events, with limited exceptions for approved firearms programs and career center training ranges.

Clarifies that state restrictions on employer firearm regulations do not apply to school district properties, exempting schools from laws protecting firearms stored in employee vehicles.

Bans possession, sale, transfer, and manufacture of high-capacity ammunition feeding devices (magazines holding more than 15 rounds) with exceptions only for law enforcement, Florida National Guard members on active duty, and U.S. Armed Forces members.

Allows persons already possessing high-capacity ammunition feeding devices before July 1, 2011 to keep them, but prohibits any sale or transfer of such devices except to authorized military and law enforcement personnel.

Classifies violations of high-capacity ammunition device restrictions as third-degree felonies, effective July 1, 2011.
