Authorizes the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to pay Jennifer Wohlgemuth $8,624,754.40 for injuries sustained due to negligence of Deputy Kenneth Petrillo in a January 3, 2005 vehicle collision.

Compensates the remaining judgment amount after the sheriff's office paid the statutory limit of $100,000 under Florida law, bringing total compensation to $8,724,754.40 as affirmed by the Second District Court of Appeal on March 10, 2010.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $8,624,754.40 amount awarded under this act.

Declares that the combined payments constitute sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the accident that left Wohlgemuth with severe brain injuries, memory loss, vision problems, and requiring 24-hour supervision.
