Exempts trade secrets and proprietary confidential business information held by the Destination Resort Commission from public records disclosure under Florida law and the state constitution.

Defines proprietary confidential business information to include business plans, internal and external audit reports for privately held companies that are not publicly disclosed.

Exempts federal employer identification numbers, unemployment compensation account numbers, and sales tax registration numbers held by the Commission from public records disclosure.

Protects information revealing investigation techniques and procedures used by the Commission to evaluate regulatory compliance, with an exception allowing disclosure to other governmental entities with oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Makes violation of these confidentiality provisions a second-degree misdemeanor for Commission employees and subjects the exemptions to sunset review on October 2, 2016.
