• Creates the "Go Green" specialty license plate with an annual use fee of $25
• Plate must display "Florida" at the top and "Go Green" at the bottom with colors and design approved by the department
• Annual use fees distributed to Coalition for Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. to first reimburse startup costs, then fund administrative/marketing costs (maximum 10 percent) and renewable energy education and implementation programs
• Effective July 1, 2011
