Adds railroad and railway company property to trespass offense if property is readily recognizable or identified by conspicuous fencing or signs as railroad or railway property.

Adds mining company property to trespass offense if property is readily recognizable or identified by conspicuous fencing or signs as mining company property.

Revises definition of "cultivated land" to include natural pasture in addition to cleared land planted with crops, orchards, groves, pastures, trees, or fallow land in crop rotation.

Maintains existing criminal penalties for trespass: first-degree misdemeanor for basic trespass, with enhanced penalties for armed trespass (third-degree felony) and trespass on specified properties including construction sites and agricultural facilities.
