Amends the definition of "dangerous dog" in Florida Statutes section 767.11 by removing the provision that classified dogs used for or trained for dog fighting as dangerous dogs.

Retains the existing criteria for dangerous dog classification: dogs that have aggressively bitten or attacked humans, severely injured or killed domestic animals off the owner's property, or unprovoked chased or approached persons in a menacing manner.

Renumbers the remaining classification criteria from subsection (d) to (c) following the deletion of the dog fighting provision.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
