Removes the exception that required candidates for admission to The Florida Bar to disclose expunged arrests, allowing them to lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge arrests covered by expunged records.

Renumbers subsequent exceptions (formerly numbered 5-7) to become 4-6, affecting employment and licensure requirements for various state agencies and entities.

Updates cross-references in subsection (c) to reflect the removal of The Florida Bar candidate exception and revised numbering of remaining exceptions.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
