Deletes obsolete provisions from chapter 96-466, Laws of Florida relating to an advisory committee for the South Lake Worth Inlet.

Renumbers sections 8 through 11 of chapter 96-466 as sections 7 through 10, respectively.

Removes the requirement that Palm Beach County establish an advisory committee to advise the Board of County Commissioners on inlet improvements, operations, maintenance, and enhancement.

Eliminates the advisory committee's role in developing, coordinating, and conducting public review of the Inlet Management Plan.

Effective upon becoming law.
