Repeals section 286.25, Florida Statutes, which required nongovernmental organizations receiving partial state funding to disclose state sponsorship in a specified manner.

Amends section 409.1671, Florida Statutes, to require lead community-based providers of foster care and related services to include "sponsored by the State of Florida" or the Department of Children and Family Services logo in written contracts and documents if they receive more than 35 percent of their total funding from the state.

Removes the exemption that previously allowed these providers to avoid including state sponsorship statements when required by section 286.25.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
