Repeals sections 945.601, 945.602, 945.603, 945.6031, 945.6035, and 945.6036 of Florida Statutes, eliminating the Correctional Medical Authority and all related provisions regarding its creation, powers, duties, and enforcement functions.

Removes the Executive Director of the Correctional Medical Authority from membership on the Health Information Systems Council under section 381.90.

Deletes references to the Correctional Medical Authority from the definition of "medical review committee" in section 766.101, retaining only the Department of Corrections medical review committee.

Eliminates requirements for the Department of Corrections and Correctional Medical Authority to jointly submit annual reports on elderly offenders, consolidating reporting into a single departmental report under section 944.8041.

Removes Correctional Medical Authority recommendations from disease control guidelines in sections 945.35 and 951.27, replacing them with sole reference to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines; effective July 1, 2011.
