Corrects cross-references in Florida Statutes from repealed section 119.14 to section 119.15(6)(b) regarding public purpose criteria for confidentiality determinations.

Applies the updated public purpose test across five statutes: section 27.151 (executive orders), section 378.406 (prospecting and rock grades), section 400.0077 (ombudsman complaints), section 403.111 (secret processes and financial information), and section 655.0321 (banking hearings and documents).

Ensures that government agencies evaluating requests to keep information confidential must use the criteria specified in section 119.15(6)(b) rather than the repealed section 119.14(4)(b).

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
