Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to revise the public records exemption for identification and location information of Department of Juvenile Justice employees and their family members.

Updates job classifications in the exemption to include juvenile justice detention officers I and II, juvenile justice residential officers, juvenile justice counselors, and human services counselor administrators, while removing outdated classifications such as house parents and group treatment leaders.

Removes the scheduled repeal date (October 2, 2011) for the Department of Juvenile Justice employee exemption, making the exemption permanent rather than subject to sunset review.

Maintains the exemption for home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, social security numbers, places of employment of spouses and children, and names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by covered employees' children.

Takes effect October 1, 2011.
