Amends section 119.071, Florida Statutes to make biometric identification information held by agencies exempt from public records disclosure requirements.

Defines biometric identification information as friction ridge detail, fingerprints, palm prints, and footprints.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2011, making the exemption permanent instead of subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect on October 1, 2011.
