Amends multiple statutes to remove references to repealed programs and update section citations, including changes to the Family Builders Program and sexual abuse treatment program references in the child protection system.

Changes references from "part XIII" to "part XII" of chapter 39 regarding domestic violence centers and other family services provisions.

Modifies the definition of "child abuse" in the Parental Notice of Abortion Act to reference specific statutory definitions rather than a single repealed statute section.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
